Examples of workshops include:

  • Hand Reflexology - for example: managing stress and anxiety

  • Facial massage and gua shalearn a simple facial massage routine (can incorporate facial gua sha)

  • Aromatherapy - learn how to blend your own facial or body oils, make a balm, bath salt mix and more!

Prices start from £12 per person* and workshops can be adapted to your needs or interest.  Why not get in touch to discuss what you would like?
