I'm a mother of six and it is my personal experience of struggling in pregnancy and post-natally that drive my passion for supporting women.  In previous work incarnations I have usually worked in a people-supporting role and it was during taking a maternity break, with my youngest son, that I took the first steps towards becoming a qualified complementary therapist when I began working as a Wellbeing Advisor with Weleda.

In addition, I have long had an interest in a more holistic approach to life (my mother is also a Clinical Reflexologist and Aromatherapist) and enjoy gardening and foraging, home-cooking plus various crafts.  I also share my life with my lovely partner, plus a covey of quail, two cats and a lurcher.
